Request for Qualifications for Professional Services for CRM Implementation Assistance

AEDC is seeking statements of qualifications for services for the implementation of its CRM, NeoSera, which is used to provide and connect technical assistance for its small business clients.

Time commitment

Services would be rendered for the period of September 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The expected range of hour commitment would be 20-40 hours monthly during this time period.

Qualifications/Submittal

Respondents must demonstrate substantial experience in CRM implementation. Experience working with small businesses and in the nonprofit sector is a plus. Please provide the following:

  • Letter of introduction summarizing relevant expertise, detailing individual or individuals who would provide services
  • Organization/corporation/personal resume detailing relevant experience
  • Provide hourly rate for services
  • At least one professional small business reference


Key Points for Implementation

  • Set up & Configuration: Implement AEDC specific areas of counseling, additional drop downs, user accounts, & default settings
  • Data Migration & Seeding: importing of existing clients, cleaning and formatting of legacy data, & mapping of client information
  • Training & Testing: assist in onboarding of AEDC team to utilize CRM and ensure monitoring & maintenance after initial launch.
