We are seeking Instructors for our Fall and Spring Entrepreneurship Business Basics Class!

AEDC is seeking submittals of qualifications for instructors to teach its fall and spring Entrepreneurship Business Basics courses. The course is offered through remote access and covers a comprehensive, but flexible, curriculum to instruct perspective of new businesses in all aspects of entrepreneurship and business planning.

Required Expertise

  • Business training, preferably in remote mode of instruction
  • Experience working with small businesses
  • Ability to work dynamically and with diverse audiences

Time commitment

Services would be rendered for the period of October-December, 2025 and March-May, 2026. The expected time commitment will vary depending on number of instructors selected, but each course is offered for 3 hours a week, in the evening (typically a Tuesday or Wednesday) for 8 weeks. Individual follow up instruction is offered to students up to a maximum of 45 hours per semester.

Qualifications/Submittal

Please provide the following to submit qualifications for this role:

  • Letter of introduction summarizing relevant expertise, detailing individual or individuals who would provide services
  • Organization/corporation/personal resume detailing at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Provide hourly rate for services and if desired a flat price for full course instruction
