Request for Qualifications for Marketing Services

AEDC is seeking statements of qualifications for services for marketing services provided to promote the organization and its economically and socially disadvantaged business clients.

Time commitment

Services would be rendered for the period of February 1, 2026-December 31, 2026 with 10-20 hours monthly commitment.

Qualifications/Submittal

Respondents must demonstrate substantial experience in digital marketing. Experience working with small businesses, the nonprofit sector is a plus. Please provide the following:

  • Letter of introduction summarizing relevant expertise, detailing individual or individuals who would provide services
  • Organization/corporation/personal resume detailing relevant experience
  • Provide hourly rate for services
  • At least one professional small business reference


Key Points for Implementation

  • Work will include brand imaging and implementation
  • Development of client (print and video) testimonials to highlight disadvantaged small businesses
  • Social media planning and implementation
  • Tracking of and review of analytics
