Nonprofit Loan Program

AEDC’s Nonprofit Loan Program provides bridge financing for financially stable nonprofits that are pursuing capital projects and need cash flow as they await grant reimbursements. Loan funds are generally used for equipment and other fixed asset purchases, renovations, and working capital.

The program offers:

  • Minimal closing costs
  • Flexible terms, including interest-only payments
