Kathy Recchia

Kathy Recchia has worked and “played” in the not-for-profit world of the Adirondacks for more than twenty-five years. She served as a Grant Coordinator for four counties with the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts, as Operations Director at BluSeed Studios, E-commerce Coordinator for The Village Mercantile, and Grants and Program Administrator for Adirondack Foundation. She is also a theatre artist who directs, acts, and creates. She received a BA in Communications from Seton Hall University and is currently pursuing a Music Major at SUNY Plattsburgh.

Kathy’s career in the Adirondacks began as Owner/Operator of the Book & Blanket Bed & Breakfast in the hamlet of Jay but she now lives more quietly in Saranac Lake.
